Whatever
journey has brought you here,
welcome
You have just taken your first step to find help and support. Psychotherapy offers a supportive and collaborative journey providing you space to explore life's challenges.
The best way to find out if I am the right therapist for you is to contact me to arrange an initial 30 minutes consultation. This is completely free and it will give you an opportunity to find out more about how I work.

How I Work
Therapy begins with you and what you bring into the space between you and I.
Connection
I view relationships as fundamental to who we are, and also to how we are. We have all been shaped by relationships both past and present. These give us an understanding of ourselves and are foundational for how we respond to life's ups and downs. Therapy can bring awareness to these patterns of relating and, at the same time, the therapy can provide a foundation for change.
Context
We do not only form relationships human to human. We are also formed by relationships with the places and spaces we have known. Exploring how these places have met or marginalised us is hugely important for how we heal and grow.

Collaboration
I see therapy as a process of working together. This means that I am an active participant in the therapy and that we can build on what might be happening between us in the therapy room to make sense of your experiences.
Connectivity
We often know more than we have words for and can articulate. Our bodies hold our stories and experiences. Therapy offers a space to notice this knowing, to work with it and to gain new insight connecting our thinking, feeling and sensing.
